TN Stars Flag is competitive girls' travel flag football — a Tennessee-based program built for athletes who want to play at the highest level available in the sport. This is not rec. This is not house league. Roster spots are earned, and every team travels the same serious tournament arc.

Our teams compete at NFL Flag Regionals, NFL Flag Super Regionals, and the marquee open tournaments across the Southeast. The mission is simple: put Tennessee's best girls in front of the coaches, competition, and film that lead to varsity and college opportunities.

No. TN Stars Flag is a competitive travel program. Roster spots are earned by tryout, not open sign-up. Every team travels the full NFL Flag Regional and Super Regional calendar plus select Southeast open tournaments. If you're looking for a house or rec league, this isn't it.
Submit a player interest form. The director of your target division reviews it inside 48 hours. Qualified prospects receive a tryout invitation with date, location, and format. Roster decisions communicated inside one week of tryouts. Interest forms accepted year-round; tryout invitations concentrate April–July.
Four divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U, and HS. Placement is by age as of August 1 of the current year (not grade level). If your daughter turns 13 on August 2, she's 12U for the season. Roster sizes and game formats follow the standard for each tournament we enter.
Every division travels the same core calendar: an early-season Southeast open, an NFL Flag Regional, an NFL Flag Super Regional, and select marquee open tournaments through the fall. The specific schedule for the 2026 season is finalized with each team once rosters are set.
Home training is Middle Tennessee — practices run out of Nolensville-area facilities during the active tournament calendar. Tournament weekends take teams throughout the Southeast Region — Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and the Carolinas — with the occasional national-level tournament for the HS division.
Season fees vary by division and cover coaching, training, tournament entry fees, and the full uniform kit. Travel costs (hotel, gas, meals) are separate. Specific pricing is shared with each family once a roster spot is offered post-tryout. Payment plans and need-based scholarships are available — email scholarships@tnstarsflag.com.
Yes. TN Stars Flag is strict 5v5 no-contact flag football. Pulling the flag belt ends the play. Defenders cannot tackle, screen with arms extended, or initiate contact. Every tournament we enter enforces contact penalties strictly — safety is a non-negotiable.
Every game at every tournament is scored live on the TN Stars Flag scoreboard. Families and fans follow along in real time from any phone — live scores, division standings, individual stats, brackets, and championship game updates. No app install required.
